Archery Training

The other day I had the privilege to take an archery lesson.
If you ever have the chance to take a class, I recommend that you do.
Archery is such a fun sport!

A couple of things I learned from the lesson that are important when practicing archery:
*proper form is vital
*squeeze shoulder blades together instead of pulling the arrow back solely with your arm strength
*make sure you focus and aim on one target
*freeze until the arrow hits the target

To start out the bow and other things you need to start out with will be about $310.
The cheapest you could probably get away with is $150 for the bow and supplies for $160.
The total cost with a good bow will be about $360.

Have fun!
